MCO Sunday Bible Class (SBC)
The MCO Sunday Bible Class is provided for MUSC students and medical professionals that have a heart for serving MUSC students. The MCO Sunday Bible Class fits in the equipping model for SBF classes at ECBC. We typically teach expositionally through a book of the Bible at a time, with a focus to be equipped to answer several questions:
1. What does Scripture teach about God, man, and the need for redemption and restoration?
2. How has God called the Church and its members to live out the Kingdom commission of declaring the Gospel at this time in this place?
3. What are some specific outworkings in the medical arena for how we can be salt and light in a broken and dying world, and how can we be renewed/recreated Biblically to be healers in Jesus’ name?
It is our goal to have the SBF class function as a unified fellowship within the larger Church body, where we desire to encourage each other in prayer, thanksgiving, fellowship, and worship in the context of Sunday mornings and throughout the week in the context of everyday life together.
